Shop Policies

Edible Images & Cupcake Toppers

• Printed Images/Toppers are individually wrapped in cellophane bags with wax paper sheets and cardboard sheets 
• Orders are packed in either bubble mailers or USPS Mailing Envelopes 

Sprinkles 

• Sprinkles are packaged in bottles or sealed sprinkle bags 
• Orders are packed in either bubble mailers or USPS Mailing Envelopes

Royal Icing Decorations

• Decorations are packaged in small boxes or containers 
• Orders are packed in either bubble mailers or USPS Mailing Envelopes 

Orders are shipped through the following services:

• USPS First Class Mail - delivery in 4-5 days after order is shipped
• USPS Priority Mail - delivery in 3-4 days after order is shipped 
• USPS Priority Mail Express - delivery in 1-2 days after order is shipped 

Same Day Shipping 

• Sprinkles & Royal Icing Decoration order must be received by 12pm cst 
• Edible Images/Cupcake Toppers orders must be received by 12pm cst 
  • Custom Images must be approved by customer before 3pm cst 

Next Day Shipping 

• Orders received after 12pm cst will be shipped the next BUSINESS day 

Holiday Shipping 

• Orders cannot be shipped on holidays where USPS is closed 

Edible Images & Cupcake Toppers 

• Cupcake Toppers are  printed after your order is received & cannot be refunded 
• Custom Edible Images will NOT be refunded 
  • Your Image is CUSTOM printed only after you approve the proof 
  • All Images are printed on Premium Quality Frosting Sheets 
  • Images will vary slightly from computer image due to Edible Ink & Frosting Sheets used

Sprinkles & Royal Icing Decorations 

• Sprinkles cannot be refunded after they are delivered 
• Royal Icing Decorations will not be refunded after they are delivered 

Damages & Delays 

• Shipment delay and/or product damage claims must be filed with USPS 
• Delays & damages to orders will NOT be refunded by The Sprinkle Store 

Products from The Sprinkle Store cannot be returned regardless the reason 

Unauthorized package returns will not be accommodated or refunded
